RETURN &  EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Return/ Exchange Requests shall be booked on the ARMS portal first.
  2. The ticket number needs to be quoted for all correspondence.
  3. Goods shall be returned/ exchanged within 7 days from the date of billing.
  4. Goods must be unused, undamaged, returned in the same condition( with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, Original accessories) as was provided along with external packaging intact. Any damaged goods, used goods or goods without external packaging or missing accessories shall not be taken back.
  5. Original invoice needs to be furnished. Goods without original invoice shall not be taken back.
  6. In case of (return / exchange) goods must be brought to the store by the customer.
  7. Goods being sent outside Delhi NCR shall not be returned or exchanged.
  8. Bulk orders shall not be exchanged or returned.
  9. This policy shall be read in sync with similar policy of the article / good supplier.
  10. No money shall be refunded. Only a credit note shall be provided. The credit note amount can be used for future purchases. The credit note will have an expiry date of 90 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
  11. Any return procedure takes time and your patience is solicited. The credit note shall be uploaded to your online account with Atmoz-ARMS within 48 working hours.
  12. Any discount, gift voucher, cashback, loyalty points or any other benefit shall be adjusted or taken back. Credit/ Debit card fees and any other digital payment cost incurred by the store on the transaction being returned shall be adjusted in the credit note. Store’s decision on such fees shall be final and binding.
  13. There can be goods and articles not covered under this policy. Please ask the Store Manager for specific details.
  14. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner.
  15. In case of any dispute and confusion, the decision of the Store Management shall be final and binding.
  1. For free home delivery registration on ARMS portal is mandatory.
  2. Free home delivery must be opted for at the time of billing of the product.
  3. Free home delivery shall be done only on the items where full payment has been made.
  4. Delivery done within Delhi NCR shall take maximum 3 days. Products delivered outside Delhi NCR shall be delivered within 3-7 days. However, delays beyond this shall be non-penal on the store.
  5. Delivery time will be from 9am- 9pm.
  6. As per our terms and conditions only one attempt shall be made for free home delivery.
  7. Delivery boy/ Installation boy can be same or different depending on discretion of the management.
  8. Free home delivery is available on all the items provided by the Store.
  9. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner.
  10. In case of any dispute or confusion, the decision of the store management shall be final and binding.
  1. All the products sold in the store are new and unboxed.
  2. All the products are genuine and sourced from competent suppliers.
  3. All the products are ISO, CE, ROHS certified as the case may be.
  4. All the quality claims of the article are made and fulfilled by respective suppliers.
  5. Customer is advised to read the user manual for each product for optimal performance of the machine.
  6. The store takes all measures possible to ensure that quality products are sold in the store but makes no warranties or guaranties on stand-alone basis.
  7. Failure of any product to live up to customer’s expectation is purely the responsibility of the respective supplier.
  8. This policy must be read in sync with any similar policy of the product supplier.
  9. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner.
  10. In case of any dispute or confusion, the decision of the store management shall be final and binding.
  1. For a customer to be eligible for the Loyalty Program :
  • He /She should have purchased a product from the store.
  • He /She should have registered on ARMS.
  1. The store can stipulate any minimum purchase value at any time to be eligible for the loyalty program.
  2. The program can be changed, altered, merged or discontinued at the stores discretion at any time, even if it is without assigning any reason.
  3. Goods and articles in the store shall contribute to the loyalty point at some rate. This rate can be different for different goods and there can be some goods that do not contribute to this program. The customer is advised to confirm this rate at the time of purchase at the store only.
  4. By subscribing to this program the customer agrees to give their phone number, email id to Atmoz and allows the store to send SMS/Emails to them.
  5. Any DND registration shall not be valid.
  6. Points can be redeemed at store only.
  7. Accrual and redemption rates shall be announced by the company from time to time.
  8. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner.
  9. In case of any dispute or confusion, the decision of the store management shall be final and binding.
  1. The assurance is valid on fresh stock only.
  2. The assurance is valid for same brand products only.
  3. A 5% price deviation shall be considered valid for this assurance.
  4. The price shall be net of all offers (delivery costs, taxes, discount vouchers, loyalty program, cashbacks and festive offers).
  5. Any proven price difference over and above as mentioned (in point 4) shall be reimbursed by the store to the customer. The mode of reimbursement shall be credit note only.
  6. The credit note shall be uploaded within 48 hours on the customer’s ARMS account.
  7. The liability of the company shall be restricted to reimbursing the price difference only.
  8. In case of any dispute, decision of the Store Management shall be final and binding.
  9. There can be products where this assurance is not applicable.
  10. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner. In case of any dispute or confusion, the decision of the Store Management shall be final and binding.
  1. Store makes all possible efforts and all possible due diligences to ensure the products with the functional warranties are sold by the store. But the customer is advised to read the product specific warranty document carefully.
  2. The warranty risks if any shall be solely between the supplier factory and the customer.
  3. The store takes no responsibility of any equipment malfunction damage to person or property, mental or physical or in any other form caused by any goods or articles stored by the store.
  4. All warranties are provided by respective suppliers only.
  5. All warranties/Guarantees shall be read in sync with the supplying factories warranty/Guarantee

Document/policy.

  1. The store shall not be held liable for any damage that the original supplier decides not to reimburse or alter.
  2. If an item gets damaged, the store shall not be responsible for repairing the item within or outside the warranty period.
  3. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner
  4. In case of any dispute or confusion, the decision of the Store Management shall be final and binding.

  2. The store shall only be liable for the cashback program offered by the store.
  3. Registration on ARMS is mandatory.

  1. To avail gift vouchers, registration with ARMS is compulsory.
  2. All gift vouchers shall have and expiry date of 3 months unless specified otherwise.
  3. Physical submission of vouchers is mandatory.
  4. One bill one voucher concept.
  5. All vouchers shall be redeemable at a minimum invoice value of 10 times the voucher denomination. This is valid for all vouchers until & unless specified otherwise.
  6. The voucher availed on a particular invoice shall be redeemed on next purchase.
  7. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner.
  8. In case of any dispute or confusion, the decision of the store management shall be final and binding.
  1. Not all products require installation. All plug and play DIY products shall be outside the purview of this policy.
  2. Free installation is applicable only on selected products.
  3. Delivery boy/Installation boy can be same or different depending on discretion of the Store Management.
  4. Only standard installation shall be free wherever applicable. Any work relating to board cutting, glass cutting, stone cutting, electrical line extension, wall alteration etc. shall be outside the purview of this policy.
  5. Any accessories required during the installation process shall be provided by the customer.
  6. The technician shall only visit once between 9am -9pm after giving advance notice of minimum 1 hour. If the installation work is not done in the first visit then subsequent visit shall be charged.
  7. The store shall not be liable for any damage to the product or its surroundings during the installation process.
  8. The technicians may or may not be the employee of the store. The store reserves the right to hire external technicians for any part of the job.
  9. The complete installation process shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the customer.
  10. Any installation request can take up to 5 working days to execute.
  11. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner.
  12. In case of any dispute or confusion, the decision of the store management shall be final and binding.
  1. ARMS – “Atmoz Retail Management System”. To avail any of our benefits, registration on ARMS is mandatory.
  2. Your name, email Id, phone number and address shall be required to create a login on the system.
  3. The customer can login to their account by logging on to www. Atmoz.in/services and then clicking on to the member login button.
  4. Used Id and password for each member shall be shared separately with them.
  5. All data with the company shall be safe and used for analysis purpose only.
  6. The company does not sell user data to any third party.
  7. The company shall reach out to the members through SMS/Emails. Reach out could be for service, new offers, updates, notifications, feedbacks etc.
  8. ARMS also provides query management module. A customer should use this module to register any complaints, suggestions and feedback. The store may dishonor any request made outside the QMS domain.
  9. All information with reference to the customer’s dealing shall be saved folder wise in the customer’s account on our portal. The account is 24*7 accessible by the customer.
  10. The customer agrees to allow Atmoz to send SMS and Email to them whenever required.
  11. The store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these terms and conditions or acts in disruptive manner.

In case of any dispute or confusion, the decision of the Store Management shall be final and binding.

  1. Indemnity-The store shall not indemnify or be held liable for any damage that may be caused to life or property by usage of goods sold in the store.
  2. Non -Solicitation-No customer, supplier or vendor shall directly or indirectly try to solicit the employees or customer of the store for their personal benefit.
  3. Jurisdiction/Dispute Resolution-For any disputes or confusion the decision of the store management shall be final and binding. Should a need arise for a legal recourse, both parties shall first opt for arbitration and then refer the matter to the honorable courts, subject to the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, UP.
  4. Force Majeure -Force Majeure shall be applicable. The store shall not be held liable to fulfill its obligations on a Force Majeure event which might include but not be restricted to the events like war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations.
  5. Socio demography-The Store does not distinguish or discriminate on schemes or discount or job opportunities on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, color, caste or political ideology.
  6. Confidentiality-The customer is expected to keep all details with respect to scheme offers, discounts, billing information and any other detail shared with the customer by the store during the course of his/her dealing with the store, as confidential.
  7. Trademark-Atmoz is a registered trademark of Contrarian Ventures LLP and its promoters. Any unauthorized use of the brand name shall be liable for a criminal offence.
  8. Management-Atmoz, Atmoz Discount Mart, Atmoz Industries, Contrarian Ventures LLP, www.techcvl.com are part of the same promoter group. All services mentioned can be independently or jointly provided by either of the firms. The management retains the right to create new firms and close any running firm at their independent will, without assigning any reason or giving any notice to any party.
  9. Store, Management, employees wherever mentioned in the agreement would refer to the entities defined in point 8 and the promoters of the group wherever applicable.
  10. All brands displayed and sold in the store are registered trademarks and properties of respective company.
  11. Though all care is taken to save and protect all customer data, the store shall not be held liable for data loss on account of any external hacking or data threat.
