In my entire career I’ve always had to work very hard to acquire clients. I’m sure most of the #sales professionals will agree with this. But I’ve had to work harder & smarter to retain them. Over the years I’ve come to believe that clients will leave you for the very same reasons they came to you for:
- 1. Better Price
- 2. Better Service/Product
- 3. Better Relationship
- 4. Better Experience
