Most global contracts are not enforceable in event of a war, natural disaster or riots.
Most of the ‘western’ world economy is reeling under severe debt. They borrow to repay & this cycle continues un-abated.
- What happens if these economies have to return all the borrowed money- They will most likely collapse.
- What happens if these economies go to war: directly or in-directly- Many debt contracts may be deemed null & void.
- What happens if these economies face severe natural disasters & rampant riots: - Many debt contracts may be deemed null & void.
There is a lot of social stress every-where in the world today & I don’t see any world leader making an effort to douse the fire. They are happy fanning it.
May be the ‘fire’ is good for business. Think about it!
Amongst this chaos India comes across as an oasis of peace, harmony & real collective & inclusive economic growth. The future is here & I’m so fortunate to be an Indian living in India.
