Ideas-They are like your GF or BF
Date them, dine with them, flirt with them, spend time with them. But think a zillion times before committing to any-one of them.
So, a lot of us would be getting a lot of ideas. I get a new #idea like every week.
Important questions:Can all ideas be converted into projects/pilots?
Can all projects/pilots be converted into a business?
Can the business be scaled up to disrupt?
Can the disruption be done profitably? And so on..
This entire chain begins with that 1 idea. I’ve come to believe now that you must let that idea thaw for some-time. Not all are worth chasing. Not all are worth your energy & resources.
I’m reminded of a famous Bollywood dialogue(modified for gender neutrality): Ladki/ladka aur bus ke peeche kabhi nahi bhagna chahiye…ek jaegi/jaega..doosri aayegi/aayega :)
“Never chase a girl/boy or a bus. The next one will come immediately after the first one goes”. Ideas are similar. All the best!
