Performance Appraisals
My kids approached me this weekend ‘requesting’ me for an increase in their pocket money this fiscal.
I told them that their performance was ‘Meets Expectations-ME’.
I appreciate their hard-work but they need to do more. They also need to understand that the 'company' is going through turbulent times…
Most Important:
They must hang in for some-more time & have more faith in the 'Management'.
